Example of report is a form specifically written for a certain audience in order to inform what kind of activities were conducted in the past. Every report should contain visible evidence regarding on what was done and what issues were present during that particular activity. There are several types of reports, although all of them are based on specific activities and events. Furthermore, example of report itself should be clearly written, well-structured and contain headings in order to ensure that all information is easily accessible. Night Shift Report in an IT Company I am reporting that during our night shift, no real incidents were present, however, we did encounter several issues with the Internet Provider Service (IPS). Approximately at 4:40 AM, we lost proper Internet connection and were not able to complete the assignment since it is heavily dependable on it. Furthermore, as time went on, the client tried to contact us due to the fact that we missed the deadline. Due to an unusual situation, we were not able to react accordingly since we had little to no experience. Later, at 4:55 Vincent Mitsela, our core developer, contacted the Support Department and requested a deadline extension, although we did receive it, we were not able to proceed with the assignment due to technical issues with IPS. Thus, we decided that it would be wise to visit our local restaurant where the Internet was present since it was the best course of action and our only possibility to complete the assignment. Upon arrival, we encountered one of our workers, Julian Kimovin and kindly asked him for assistance. Once we established a proper Internet connection, which was approximately 5:25 AM, we formed three micro-divisions in order to ensure quality and swiftness. After an hour of dedicated work, we managed to complete the assignment and delivered it to our customer in time, thus at 6:24 AM we delivered the completed work. Although, despite our collective work, the customer was not satisfied with the end quality of the project so we decided to clarify the reason for the revision that he requested. In addition, we believe that the customer was more dissatisfied with lateness than with the end quality of the project, as a matter of fact, we believe it is the core reason why a revision was requested. All in all, after an hour of waiting, the claim was delivered to us, but the customer’s claims were vague at best and did not feature real evidence regarding the quality of the work, so I decided to reject the request after careful examination of the work. Once we finished the analysis and rejected the claim, we rechecked all equipment, the kitchen, and the restroom in order to secure the safety of the office and office equipment. Chestnut-falls† is not too hard to imagine. It refers to chestnuts that have fallen off the chestnut tree. This hyphenated word points to the specific chestnuts that have fallen from the tree. But â€Å"Fresh-firecoal† requires some background on nuts, a field we at Shmoop like to call nut-o logy. When they are on a tree, chestnuts are covered by a spiky, light-green covering, but the nuts themselves are reddish-brown. When the nuts fall, they are â€Å"fresh† from the tree. Because of the contrast of red nuts with their outer covering, they look like the burning of coals inside a fire. To add another layer to this chestnut conundrum, people also like to cook these delectable nuts over fire. When the nuts get hot, they open up to reveal their â€Å"meat,† inside. These opened chestnuts also look like embers. We’re almost certain you now know more than you ever wanted to about chestnuts. Fortunately, the second example of a â€Å"dappled thing† in this line is much easier. Finches are small birds with streaks and spots. Question: Discuss about the Oral Pathology and Oral Radiology. Answer: Introduction: The paper is a reflective writing of the wound care that I have performed on a eight year old girl named X. The name and details of the patient are not shared in accordance with the guidelines provided on confidentiality by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (Birks et al. 2016). The paper discusses my experience of wound management in my locality where I have got an opportunity to apply my knowledge and skills. The patients wound on her right leg resulted from an abrasion which she sustained post a fall while playing with her friend. I have assessed for other injuries as a part of immediate management but none was elicited. The wound has caused minimum destruction to the tissues and did not appear to have been infected. However, the patients mobility was not impaired. Aseptic conditions were maintained in the room prior to wound dressing and every time I have touched the patients skin. The wound was assessed and aseptically cleaned using Chlorohexidine 0.5%. While cleaning it was ensured that for each cleaning the tissue was used only once and disposed. The wound dressing was finally secured with the bandage and was layered with additional fluid repellent backing to avoid soiling and infection. I have used Mesorb dressing as it is highly absorbent and has no contraindications. Among the different wound dressings available the evidence based practice recommends Mesorb dressing for the type of wound the patient had (Kibe et al. 2016). Overall, this experience has given me more confident from focusing on the principles of wound care and hygiene and has enhanced my skills.
